What can Coaching help with?

The list is  endless; coaching can help with everything or anything that is bothering you. Stress and stress responses, feeling stuck, anxiety and worries, low mood, confidence issues, performance issues including public speaking, fear issues, relationship issues, self-development , unhelpful thinking patterns, being in the present moment, limiting beliefs and unhelpful habits, emotional awareness and regulation, exam anxiety, making and achieving goals and sticking to them or difficulties at work. 

What doesn't Coaching help with?

If you have a diagnosed mental health condition then Coaching is probably not right for you. But do get in touch to discuss. 

How many coaching sessions will I need? 

That very much depends on you, but a minimum of six sessions is usually needed to see lasting change. 

Does Coaching really work?

That's an easy one - YES! Coaching with the right person can help you to make real and sustainable changes to your life. 

How does Therapeutic Coaching differ from Therapy?

Therapeutic Coaching focuses on personal growth and creating positive change. Talk therapy often explores past experiences and emotional healing using one lens. Therapeutic Coaching does explore the past but is also future-focused and action-oriented. It’s about helping you move forward with clarity and confidence using a variety of approaches which suit you.

What happens in a Coaching session?

Sessions are relaxed, confidential, and tailored to your needs. We will explore your goals, identify any limiting beliefs or patterns, and use practical tools like mindfulness, NLP, and EFT to support your growth. You will leave each session with insights and strategies you can apply right away. 

Will I need to practice outside of the session? 

The simple answer is yes because there is not enough time in a session to embed some of the changes you will want to make. However, any practices and changes will be carefully and thoughtfully tailored to you.

Is working online as good as face to face?

Yes. Working online is great - it allows for flexibility and provides a confidential space where we can explore together. 

How will I know which package is right for me?
