This integrative approach blends Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Mindfulness, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help you explore and overcome personal obstacles to health and happiness.

Sessions are held online in a safe, confidential space that supports self-awareness and meaningful transformation. Together, we will gently uncover the beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back, and develop new ways of understanding and being. I will guide you through practical, proven techniques to spark change and open new possibilities.

Unlike counselling or traditional talk therapy, Therapeutic Coaching is active and forward-focused. You are in the driving seat, working toward lasting, positive change with support every step of the way.

Parenting Coaching

Parenting can be incredibly rewarding—and incredibly tough. Today’s social and economic pressures are vastly different from those you grew up with, and many parents find themselves feeling overwhelmed, inadequate, or isolated in their caring roles.

With thirty years of experience working with children and families, I offer compassionate support to help you strengthen your relationship with your child and navigate family challenges with greater ease. Using attachment-based parenting strategies and the joy of play, I provide a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore the parenting style that works best for you and your family.

Together, we will build your confidence, deepen your connection with your child, and create a more harmonious family life.

Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment with openness and without judgment. It helps cultivate a more grounded, compassionate, and resilient approach to life by developing daily meditation and becoming aware of unhelpful habits that may be shaping our experience.

In our sessions, I will guide you in building a sustainable meditation practice and introduce you to a mindful way of living—one that supports clarity, calm, and emotional balance. Mindfulness offers a stable foundation from which you can engage more fully with life, even in the face of challenges.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions provide a gentle and supportive space to explore awareness, presence, and personal growth.
